Job Description
1. Provide support to the Operations Manager
2. Oversee the day-to-day and overall activities in the shop
3. Perform all POS duties
4. Must be in constant communication with the different offices/departments in the company
5. Plans, executes and communicates all sales promotions and new product information effectively and efficiently.
6. Monitor the performance of the staff
7. Makes sure the company standards are met at all times
8. Schedule, train, and monitor the activities of the staff
9. Maximizing sales and profitability; controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, supplies and expenses.

He/she is responsible for managing the day-to-day restaurant operations, maintaining high restaurant standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistently fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for both our customers and team members.
